Looking for instructions on how to make Sourdough Bread using the Mad Millie Sourdough Culture?

Each sachet contains Mad Millie Sourdough freeze dried culture in powder form.

The Starter Culture requires no cultivating, you just add it straight to your dough mix without having to grow or maintain a sourdough starter. Each sachet can be used to ferment dough recipes that use up to 6 cups of flour. Contains milk/dairy.

2 loaves of homemade sourdough bread
Here are two loaves, one made using fresh sourdough culture, one using Mad Millie dried sour dough culture. The difference between them was impossible to detect and, as you can see, they looked very similar too.

Can I keep some dough from my first sourdough batch and use it for a new batch?

No, this is a single-use culture and cannot be used for multiple batches. The recipe below uses a freeze-dried culture rather than a mother, it is designed for ease of use so you do not need to keep any dough or feed the starter to keep it alive for each bread batch.

Simply sprinkle in the culture and off you go.
